TrustPrimeShop – Delivery Terms / Shipping Policy
1. PARTIES
Seller: TrustPrimeShop — online pet store operating through https://trustprimeshop.com — hereinafter referred to as “STORE.”
Buyer: The individual or legal entity who completes a purchase on the STORE website, hereinafter referred to as “CUSTOMER.”
2. PURPOSE
2.1. These Delivery Terms establish the conditions under which products purchased by the CUSTOMER will be delivered by the STORE.
2.2. The products will be shipped using the delivery method selected by the CUSTOMER during checkout or any other method agreed upon by the parties.
3. SHIPPING TIME & PROCESS
3.1. The estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout and begins only after payment has been confirmed.
3.2. The STORE will make every reasonable effort to ship and deliver orders as quickly as possible, taking into account shipping conditions, destination, order weight/volume, and any logistical restrictions.
3.3. Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the CUSTOMER. The STORE is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the CUSTOMER.
3.4. Deliveries may be carried out by third-party carriers hired by the STORE. The STORE remains responsible for providing proper delivery service.
4. RECEIPT & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
4.1. Upon delivery, the CUSTOMER or an authorized recipient must inspect the package and sign the delivery confirmation.
4.2. If the package is visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, the CUSTOMER must report this immediately upon receipt and document it if possible (photos recommended).

5. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

7.3. If the STORE ships the wrong product or a defective item, the STORE will cover the costs for return and re-shipment.
7.4. In cases of customer-initiated returns (when allowed by applicable law), return shipping costs may be charged to the CUSTOMER.
8. QUALITY & PACKAGING ASSURANCE
8.1. All products are shipped in proper packaging designed to protect them during transit.
8.2. The STORE is responsible for the product’s condition until delivery. After delivery, responsibility transfers to the CUSTOMER.
9. CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT
9.1. Any questions regarding shipping, order status, or issues after delivery should be submitted through the STORE’s official support channels (email, help desk, or chat).
